An AI Message is a message response generated by HelperHat's AI-powered customer support system for your customers. AI Messages are only counted when the AI system sends a reply to a customer's inquiry. HelperHat is an AI-first live chat support software that responds to your website visitors or customers only when they are new customers seeking assistance or when a team member has marked their conversation as "done".
You can monitor your AI message count in real-time from your Account Page. Your Total AI Messages used during the current billing period is displayed transparently, so you can easily see how close you are to the 1000 included messages each month. If you exceed this limit, additional messages will be charged at $5 for every 100 extra AI messages.
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more through secure Stripe payments. We also accept all popular Buy Now, Pay Later payment methods such as Affirm, AfterPay and Klarna.
