Yes. The message composer includes GIF search so customers and team members can send GIFs during a conversation. Opening GIF search or the team conversation’s Search Messages panel may prepare its search service in the background. Searches remain available if preparation fails. This is best effort and does not guarantee faster results.
GIF search uses a white loading indicator on a black circle in both themes.
