Yes. The automatic screenshot uses one of the report's 10 screenshot slots. You can view it, remove it, or retry after an upload failure. Use Add Screenshots to choose images yourself. Submitted reports include the screenshots you keep.
Existing retained drafts keep their description and screenshots. Interrupted upload or removal slots remain visible and removable after restart.
