In the iOS and Android apps, HelperHat freezes the current rendered app screen before opening the introduction. The capture stays locally in memory until you choose Report an Issue. Closing the introduction discards it without uploading it. Choosing Report an Issue shows the frozen preview immediately and starts preparing and uploading it on the report page. Review or remove the screenshot before submitting, especially if private information is visible. A capture may omit system overlays, the keyboard, or native media. If capture fails or times out, you can report without it. Opening from an account menu or a browser does not start an automatic capture.
