If saving fails, the draft is retained and Open Report lets you retry. A damaged or unavailable attachment does not discard your description.
Failed screenshot uploads can be retried or removed. Retrying a prepared image reuses its JPEG. Interrupted upload or removal slots remain visible and removable after restart.
